超声波辅助活性炭吸附处理高浓度食品废水的研究

Study on heavy organic concentration food-wastewater treatment with activated carbon under ultrasonic assistant

  • 摘要: 以汉中某食品生产企业的高浓度食品废水为处理对象,利用构建的超声波辅助活性炭吸附废水连续处理装置对废水进行处理,研究了超声波功率、超声波频率及废水进水流速对废水处理效果的影响,研究发现,在超声波功率为90W;超声波频率为30kHz;套管冷凝水流速为10L/min;进水流速不高于10cm/min时,所设计的废水处理工艺对供试水样具有较好的处理效果,当进水流速为10cm/min时,COD、BOD、氨氮和SS的去除率依次为86.3%、57.2%、63.6%和93.8%,废水可生化指标BOD/COD由原来的0.232提高到0.724。 

     

    Abstract: The heavy organic concentration food-wastewater in Hanzhong was treated with a wastewater continuous treatment apparatus.In the apparatus, the walnut shell activated carbon was used as adsorption filler and the ultrasonic was used as an adjunct.The experiment process had investigated the ultrasonic power, ultrasonic frequency and the inlet velocity of wastewater in the treatment of food- wastewater.Results showed that, the optimum operating conditions of the process were as follows: the ultrasonic power was 90W, the ultrasonic frequency was 30kHz, the inlet velocity of wastewater was not higher than 10cm /min and the flow rate of condensate in condensing tube was 10L /min.As the inlet velocity of wastewater was 10cm /min, the removal rates of COD, BOD, NH+4-N and SS were 86.3%, 57.2%, 63.6% and 93.8%.The biodegradability index ( BOD /COD) was increased from 0.232 up to 0.724.
