气相色谱质谱法(GC/MS)检测饲料中的20种塑化剂残留

Determination of 20 pthalates in feed by Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry

  • 摘要: 建立气相色谱-质谱(GC/MS)法测定和确证饲料中塑化剂的残留量。试样用正己烷提取,气相色谱分离、质谱选择离子方式(SIM)对20种邻苯二甲酸酯进行定性,内标法定量分析。该方法操作简单、准确可靠、重现性良好,各种邻苯二甲酸酯化合物的方法检出限为10.2701μg/kg,加标回收率为80%109%,相对标准偏差为1.0%5.9%,能够满足饲料中邻苯二甲酸酯类化合物含量的测定。 

     

    Abstract: An analytical method to determine 20 phthalates in feed was presented using liquid-liquid extraction and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) . The sample pretreatment before GC-MS analysis was achieved by liquid-liquid extraction with n-hexane. The presented method was simple, accurate, reliable and reproducible. The limits of detection of this method for 18 phthalates tested were in the range of 10.2701μg/kg. The average spike recovery rates of these phthalates from blank feed samples varied from 80% 109% with relative standard deviation of 1.0% 5.9%. This method could meet the requirements for the determination of phthalates in feed.
