酸碱电导滴定法测定N-十二烷基壳聚糖取代度

Determination of substitution degree of N-Alkyl Chitosan by Acid-Base Conductometric Titration

  • 摘要: 本文利用NaOH标准溶液滴定溶解于过量HCl溶液中的N-十二烷基壳聚糖样品,研究了酸碱滴定中N-十二烷基壳聚糖溶液电导率值的变化,通过测定电导率值,计算烷基壳聚糖的取代度。该方法的相对标准偏差为1.37%,改变测试条件,取代度值无显著性差异(p>0.05)。该方法具有操作简便、准确可靠、重复性好等优点。 

     

    Abstract: The sample of N-Alkyl Chitosan was dissolved in excess HCl which then was titrated by standard NaOH. The change of conductivity of N-Alkyl Chitosan in the acid-base titration was studied. The conductivity of the solution was detected and the substitution degree of N-Alkyl Chitosan was calculated.The RSD of the method was 1.37%.The substitution degree had no significant difference when the conditions of the experiment were changed ( p >0.05) .The method was easy, accurate, reliable with good repeatability.
