牛蒡子中牛蒡子苷和牛蒡子苷元的微波辅助提取工艺

Microwave-assisted extraction of arctiin and arctigenin from Fructus Arctii

  • 摘要: 对牛蒡子中牛蒡子苷和牛蒡子苷元的微波提取工艺进行了研究。采用微波法,利用单因素实验和正交实验对牛蒡子中牛蒡子苷和牛蒡子苷元的提取工艺进行了优化,并建立了牛蒡子中牛蒡子苷和牛蒡子苷元的高效液相色谱(HPLC)检测方法。结果表明,最佳提取工艺条件为:乙醇浓度40%,料液比1∶15(g/mL),提取功率500W,提取时间200s,提取3次,牛蒡子苷和牛蒡子苷元得率分别为7.14%和0.53%,精密度分别为0.49%和1.06%。最佳工艺放大10倍后,牛蒡子苷和牛蒡子苷元的得率分别为6.84%和0.54%。因此,所选取的最佳工艺条件合理、可靠。 

     

    Abstract: The extraction of arctiin and arctigenin from Fructus Arctii was investigated.The microwave-assisted extraction progress of arctiin and arctigenin were studied to get the optimum conditions by single factor and orthogonal experiments.The content of arctiin and arctigenin were determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method.The optimum conditions were 40% ethanol concentration, 500W microwave power, 1∶15 of material to liquid ratio, 200s extraction time, extraction 3 times.Under these conditions, the yields of arctiin and arctigenin were 7.14% and 0.53%, RSDs were 0.49% and 1.06%, respectively.When the optimal conditions were magnified 10 times, the yields of arctiin and arctigenin were 6.84% and 0.54%, respectively.Thus, the optimal conditions are reasonable and reliable.
