摘要: 使用60%的乙醇提取三种猕猴桃多酚,离心后上清液通过旋转蒸发仪真空浓缩获得猕猴桃多酚粗提物,通过细胞形态分析、MTT实验以及DNALadder实验分析三种猕猴桃粗提物对A549和Hela细胞的抑制作用。结果表明狗枣猕猴桃多酚粗提物具有较好的抗肿瘤增殖活性,因此,软枣猕猴桃多酚可以作为新的癌症抑制剂,具有潜在的应用价值。

Abstract: The three kinds of kiwifruit polyphenol were extracted with 60% ethanol. The supernatants after centrifugation were then individually pooled and condensed using a rotary evaporator.The antiproliferative activity of the kiwi crude extracts on A549 and Hela cell was analyzed by cell morphology analysis, MTT assay and DNA Ladder.The results demonstrated that the Actinidia arguta extract had a higher antiproliferative activity than the other two kinds of Actinidia extracts.Therefore, Actinidia arguta extract could be used as a new cancer inhibitor.The results provided new insight into the health function of fruit and demonstrated that Actinidia extracts potentially had health benefits. -
