摘要: 鸡蛋壳膜是一种价格便宜、储量充足且有着巨大潜在利用价值的资源,其中的多种有效成分可以作为饲料、食品、医药、轻工业等行业的原料。目前人们已经从鸡蛋壳膜中成功提取了可溶性蛋白、胶原蛋白、角蛋白、唾液酸、透明质酸和抗菌蛋白等物质并在各方面对其加以开发利用。本文即综述了目前对鸡蛋壳膜中各种有效成分的研究情况,为鸡蛋壳膜资源的开发与应用提供参考。Abstract: The chicken eggshell membrane is an inexpensive and abundant waste material with great potential applications.Its components could be utilized in a variety of fields such as feed, food, medicine and the light industry.Researches showed that soluble eggshell membrane proteins ( SEP) , collagen, keratin, saliva acid, hyaluronic acid and antimicrobial molecules were extracted and purified from eggshell membrane, and those components underwent further procession with widely applications in different areas. The latest studies on the application of constituents in the eggshell membrane and offered references for further research were reviewed in this paper.
