Study on ultrasonic wave-assisted Semi-bionic extraction and antioxidant activity of flavonoid glycoside from Herba Lobelia Chinensis

  • 摘要: 探讨超声辅助半仿生法提取半边莲黄酮苷的工艺条件及抗氧化性研究。用乙醇水溶液作为提取剂,模拟胃肠道pH条件下,通过正交优化设计得到提取黄酮苷的最佳工艺,结果表明,乙醇体积分数为70%,料液比1∶40(g/mL),超声功率为70W,超声时间25min,测得黄酮苷含量为4.6975mg/g。抗氧化性结果显示,黄酮苷对羟自由基、超氧阴离子自由基均有一定的的清除作用,在实验所选浓度范围内,还原能力随浓度增加而增强,是一种天然有效的抗氧化剂。 
    Abstract: Studied the optimal technical paramters for extraction flavonoids glycosides from Herba Lobelia Chinensis by ultrasonic-assisted semi- bioni extraction and its antioxidant activity.The experimental results showed that the optimal conditions were as follow:70% ( v /v) of ethanol- water ( as the extracting solvent) , 1 ∶ 40g /mL of solid to liquid ratio, 70W of ultrasonic power and 25min of ultrasonic time.The content of flavonoids glycosides was found to be 4.6975mg /g by the orthogonal design under the optimal conditions. The results of antioxidation showed that flavonoid glycosides from Herba Lobelia Chinensis had a certain scavenging effect on hydroxyl free radical and superoxide anion free radical.The reduction capability increased with increasing flavonoid glycosides concentration in experimental.Therefore, flavonoid glycosides were a powerful natural antioxidant.
