气相色谱-质谱法联用快速检测果蔬中常见农药残留

摘要: 采用气相色谱-质谱联用法,在选择离子扫描模式(SIM)下对果蔬中常用的10种农药(乐果、乙酰甲胺磷、氧化乐果、久效磷、克百威、乙草胺、甲胺磷、丁硫克百威、高效氯氰菊酯、噁唑菌酮)残留进行定性和定量分析。结果表明,在设定的色谱条件下,10种农药在0.05~0.5mg/kg范围内线性条件良好,检出限为1.6~15.3μg/kg,在空白基质中进行0.2、0.4mg/kg两个水平的加样回收实验时,平均回收率为70%~125%,相对标准偏差为1.1%~15.5%。Abstract: A rapid method for the simultaneous determining of 10 pesticides residues ( dimethoate, acephate, dimethoxon, monocrotophos, carbofuran, acetochlor, methamidophos, carbosulfan, alphamethrin, famoxadone) in fruits and vegetables by Gas chromatography /Mass spectrometry in selected ion monitoring was developed.With the optimal chromatogram conditions, the good linearities were obtained ranging from 0.05mg /kg to 0.5mg /kg for ten pesticides. The detection limits of ten pesticides were from 1.6μg /kg to 15.3μg /kg.The average recoveries ranged from 70% to 125% at two spiked levels ( 0.2mg /kg and 0.4mg /kg) .The relative standard deviations ( RSD) were less than 15.5%.
