Abstract:
A high-performance liquid chromatography with ultraviolet detection method was developed for simultaneous determination of Chloramphenicol (CAP) , Thiamphnicol (TAP) and Florfenicol (FF) in fishery products. Chloramphenicols (CAPs) residues were extracted by basic ethyl acetate , followed by sample cleanup with n-hexane and quantization by liquid chromatography with ultraviolet detector. Good linearities were obtained in the concentration ranging from 0.10 ~10.00mg/L for CAP, TAP and FF. The average recoveries and relative standard deviations (RSDs) for the analysis of all samples fortified over the range of 0.25~5.00mg/kg were in the range of 81.00%~102.93% and 1.95%~7.10%, respectively. The limits of detection were 0.01mg/kg for CAP and 0.02mg/kg for TAP and FF.
