响应面法优化紫苏子中α-亚麻酸的纯化工艺

Purification process of α-linolenic acid from fructus perillae by response surface methodology

  • 摘要: 利用响应面分析法对紫苏子中α-亚麻酸的纯化工艺进行优化。在单因素实验的基础上选取硝酸银浓度、投料比、甲醇体积分数为Box-Behnken设计的三个变量,以α-亚麻酸的得率为响应值,优化银离子络合纯化紫苏子中α-亚麻酸的工艺参数。利用响应面分析得到最佳工艺条件为硝酸银浓度4mol/L,投料比4.2:1,甲醇体积分数15.3%。在此条件下α-亚麻酸的得率为84.63%,纯度大于95%。 

     

    Abstract: The optimum purification of α-linolenic acid from fructus perillae was obtained through response surface methodology (RSM) .Based on the results of single factor tests, the concentration of silver nitrate solution, mass ratio of silver nitrate to fatty acid, volume fraction of methanol were selected as three factors for Box-Behnken design.RSM analysis with three factors and three levels was used to optimize the purification conditions.The optimum condition was obtained as follows:concentration of silver nitrate was 4mol/L, mass ratio of silver nitrate to fatty acid was 4.2:1, volume fraction of methanol was 15.3%.Under this condition the yield of α-linolenic acid was 84.63%, and the purity of α-linolenic acid was beyond 95%.
