两种蜡梅属药食兼用茶化学成分及药理活性研究进展

Research Advances on Chemical Constituents and Their Pharmacological Activities of Two Kinds of Medicinal and Edible Tea from Chimonanthus Lindl

  • 摘要: 由蜡梅属植物干燥叶制成的药食兼用茶,具有较高的药用价值和保健功能,在我国浙江、江西、安徽等多省份均有饮用。本文阐述了两种主要的蜡梅属药食兼用茶柳叶蜡梅和山蜡梅的营养成分、挥发油、黄酮及香豆素等成分,并从体内外实验、临床研究等方面总结其药理活性,以期为蜡梅属药食兼用茶的进一步研究与开发利用提供理论参考。

     

    Abstract: Medicinal and edible tea manufactured from the dried leaves of Chimonanthus Lindl has high medicinal value and health function, which is a widely consumed beverage in Zhejiang, Jiangxi, Anhui and other provinces in China. In order to provide timely reference for further investigation, development and utilization of medicinal and edible tea from Chimonanthus Lindl, we make a systemic review of Chimonanthus salicifolius S. Y. Hu and Chimonanthus nitens Oliv. on chemical constituents from the aspects of nutrients, essential oils, flavonoids, coumarins, etc., and pharmacological activities in vivo and in vitro experiments as well as clinical studies.
