Abstract:
Fast diet is a popular diet control method with a positive effect on human health. In this paper,the effects of fast diet on body weight loss,regulating blood sugar or blood lipid,delaying body aging,regulatingthe gut microbiome and other aspects were reviewed. The current study of fast diet has certain limitations because of the short research cycles,insufficient compliance management of researchers and subjects,relatively few data and incomplete accuracy,and the current problems. The current problems were analyzed and forecasted to further research whether the fast diet method will give the human body health a long-term positive impact for reference.
