Abstract:
Objective:To investigate the extraction of total flavonoids from
Chrysanthemum indicum using a novel solvent. Methods:The extraction yield of total flavonoids from
Chrysanthemum indicum acted as an index. The single factor experiment and response surface experiment were carried out to investigate the extraction of total flavonoids. Results:The optimized extraction conditions were as follows:A deep eutectic solvent was prepared by choline chloride and 1,4-butanediol in a molar ratio of 1:3,28% water in deep eutectic solvent, material to liquid ratio of 1:25 g/mL,ultrasonic power of 450 W,ultrasonic temperature of 65 ℃ and ultrasonic time of 38 min,the extraction rate of total flavonoids reached 62.16 mg/g. Conclusion:The deep eutectic solvent could be used as a new type of solvent to efficiently extract the total flavonoids from
Chrysanthemum indicum.
