连翘叶成分及生物活性研究进展

Research Progress on Composition and Biological Activity of Forsythia suspensa Leaves

  • 摘要: 连翘叶富含连翘苷、连翘脂苷A、连翘脂素、芦丁等化合物,具有抗病毒、抗氧化等功效,其中连翘酯苷等成分已证实对新型冠状病毒有抑制作用。随着新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情的爆发,连翘叶的开发引起了广泛关注。本文综述了连翘叶主要化学成分的提取工艺及药理功效,并阐述了连翘叶的未来研究方向及发展前景,为连翘叶在食品、功能食品、药品等领域的开发提供参考依据。

     

    Abstract: Forsythia suspensa leaves are rich in phillyrin,forsythiaside A,phillygenin,rutin and other compounds,which has antiviral and antioxidant effects. Forsythiaside and other components have been confirmed the inhibitory effect on novel coronavirus.With the outbreak of COVID-19,the development of Forsythia suspensa leaves have attracted wide attention.In this paper,the pharmacological efficacy and extraction technology of the main chemical components of Forsythia suspensa leaves are summarized,and the future research direction and development prospect of Forsythia suspensa leaves are expounded,which provides reference for the development of Forsythia suspensa leaves in food,functional food and drug fields.
