光谱数据融合技术在食品检测中的应用研究进展

Application and Research Progress of Spectral Data Fusion Technology in Food Testing

  • 摘要: 食品质量安全问题越来越受到全社会关注,在现有的检测技术中,光谱技术以其操作简单、快速无损的优势被广泛应用。光谱数据融合技术是一种通过多光谱设备一体化或数据融合等方法来获得更全面更准确信息的新兴检测技术,可以实现单光谱优势互补并具有良好的发展前景。本文简介了光谱数据融合技术的特点,重点介绍了几种常见的光谱数据融合技术如拉曼-红外光谱技术、近红外-中红外光谱技术、紫外-红外光谱技术在食品质量安全检测中的应用,并对该技术在食品检测中的应用前景进行了展望。

     

    Abstract: Food quality and safety problem has attracted more and more attention from the whole society. Among the existing testing technologies,spectrum technology is widely used for its advantages of simple operation and fast-lossless.Spectral fusion data technology is a new detection technology which can obtain more comprehensive and accurate information by means of multi-spectral equipment integration or data fusion.This paper briefly introduced the characteristics of spectral data fusion technology and two different fusion methods of spectral technology,mainly introduced the application of several common spectral fusion technology in data fusion such as Raman-IR spectroscopy,the NIR-MIR spectroscopy and UV-vis-IR spectroscopy in food quality and safety testing,and predicted the application prospects of spectral fusion technology in food testing.
