Abstract:
A method to determinate 10 inorganic elements(Ca,Fe,Zn,Cu,Mn,Pb,As,Cr,Cd and Al)in Atlantic salmon by ICP-MS with KED mode was established. In this method,HNO
3-H
2O
2 was used as microwave digestion reagent.
72Ge、
115In、
45Sc、
209Bi were used as internal standard elements to eliminate matrix interference, and kinetic energy discrimination(KED)mode was used to eliminate polyatomic interference with helium as the reaction gas. The contents of 10 inorganic elements in Atlantic salmon from Norway,Australia and Chile were determined, and they were classified by cluster analysis. The results showed that:The detection limit of each element ranged from 0.005 to 0.058 mg/kg with the recovery rate ranged from 93.5% to 98.2%,and the relative standard deviation(RSD)ranged from 0.73% to 3.15%.There was a significant difference in Ca and As contents among three samples of Atlantic salmon(
P<0.05). There were significant differences in the contents of Ca,Fe,Mn,As,Cr and Al between Norway and Australia(
P<0.05),but no significant differences in the contents of Cu,Zn and Pb(
P>0.05).There were significant differences in the contents of Ca,Cu,As and Cr between Norway and Chile(
P<0.05),but no significant differences in the contents of Fe,Mn,Zn,Pb and Al(
P>0.05). There were significant differences in the contents of Ca,Fe,Cu,Mn,As and Al between Australia and Chile(
P<0.05),but no significant differences in the contents of Zn,Pb and Cr(
P>0.05).Cluster analysis divided samples into three categories. Five elements,Ca,Fe,As,Cr and Al,which contributed a lot to the variance of the origin of Atlantic salmon, were selected as independent variables to establish Fisher discriminant model of three origins of Atlantic salmon. The discriminant model was used to classify the samples, and the discriminant accuracy of the three regions reached 100%.
