Abstract:
Objective:The effects of different combinations of
Radix puerariae,Radix paeoniae Alba and Radix Glycyrrhizae on the alcoholic liver injury in mice were studied. Methods:L
9(3
4)orthogonal test was used, and the contents of malondialdehyde(MDA)and glutathione(GSH)in liver and the contents of very low density lipoprotein(VLDL)in serum of mice with acute alcoholic liver injury were measured. According to the results of these contents, the comprehensive score of hepatoprotective effect was given to obtain the best compatibility of
Radix puerariae,Radix paeoniae Alba and Radix Glycyrrhizae. The effects of low, middle and high dose groups on subacute alcohol liver injury in mice were studied. The contents of GSH in mouse liver, the levels of GPT and GOT in serum, and the contents of total bilirubin(TBIL),glycerin trilaurate(TG),total cholesterol(TC),and so on were measured. The liver index was calculated. At the same time, some liver tissues were taken for pathological staining observation. Results:The best combination of
Radix puerariae liver-protecting tablet was 4 g of
Radix puerariae,2 g of
Radix paeoniae Alba, and 2 g of Radix Glycyrrhizae. Compared with the subacute alcoholic liver injury model group, the activity of GPT and GOT of the medium dose group of the matching group in the serum of mice reduced,so as to TBIL,TC,TG,low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-c)and the contents of VLDL(
P<0.05).Hepatocytes were mainly loose and degeneration,no necrosis and inflammatory cell infiltration, and the degree of degeneration was effectively alleviated. Conclusion:The optimal combination of
Radix puerariae liver-protecting tablets was
Radix puerariae 4 g,
Radix paeoniae Alba 2 g,Radix Glycyrrhizae 2 g,which had obvious protective effect on alcoholic liver injury in mice.
