Abstract:
In order to explore the biological characteristics of the
Botryosphaeria dothoidea for sweet cherry gum disease, this experiment studied the
Botryosphaeria dothoidea growth conditions and lethal temperature of the bacteria, induced conidia in various ways, and observed the conidium morphology and mycelium structure of the bacteria. The results showed that the hyphae of
Botryosphaeria dothoidea had obvious branched, septate and the hyphae had tree-like branches, most of which were connected into a network. Colony scratching,near-ultraviolet irradiation, and lack of nutrients can induce a large number of conidia. The conidia are ovoid or ellipsoid. The optimal growth conditions of staphylococcus were as follows:The optimal growth temperature was 28 ℃,the pH was 6.0,the light condition was 12 h light/12 h dark alternations, glucose was the best carbon source, and nitrate and potassium nitrate were the best nitrogen sources. The lethal temperature range of water bath for 20 min was 50~55 ℃. It provides experimental and theoretical basis for clarifying the pathogenesis and prevention of the disease.
