红藻多糖的生物活性及应用研究进展

Research Progress of Bioactivity and Application of Polysaccharides from Red Algae

  • 摘要: 红藻多糖种类繁多、资源丰富,是重要的天然生物活性成分,具有抗炎、抗凝血、抗肿瘤及抗病毒等多种作用,近年来已成为国内外科学家的研究热点。本文综述了近年来国内外有关红藻多糖抗病毒、抗炎、抗凝血、调节脂质代谢、降血糖等生物活性的研究进展,对红藻多糖在食品、医药及化妆品领域的应用进行了阐述,以期为红藻多糖的开发利用提供参考。

     

    Abstract: Polysaccharides extracted from red algae are important natural bioactive ingredients with many biological activities,such as anti-inflammatory,anticoagulant,antitumor and antiviral etc. In recent years,red algal polysaccharides have gained much attention by many researchers. In this review,the research progress on biological activities of red alga such as anti-virus,anti-inflammatory,anticoagulant,regulation of lipid metabolism and hypoglycemic are summarized,in addition,the application of red algal polysaccharides in food,medicine and cosmetics is described. This work would provide reference for the development and utilization of red algal polysaccharides.
