四种方法提取的黄花菜挥发性物质及残渣结构分析

Analysis of Volatile Components and Residue Structure of Hemerocalis citrina Baroni(Daylily)Extracted by Four Kinds of Methods

  • 摘要: 利用顶空固相微萃取与气质联用的方法,检测60℃水、超声场、高压静电场及超声协同高压静电场四种不同提取方法的黄花菜提取液中的挥发性物质,并用电子扫描显微镜观察黄花菜残渣组织形态。得出黄花菜在60℃,超声功率700 W、电场电压14 kV和脉冲频率1/600 s-1下超声协同电场作用30 min提取效果最佳。结果表明:超声协同高压静电场提取会增加黄花菜提取液中醇类、酯类、烷烃类、酚类的相对含量,显著降低醛类、烯烃类的相对含量,结合电子扫描结果显示,两者的协同效应,提高了传质的效率,可以更大程度地促进黄花菜组织中有效成分的溶出。超声协同高压静电场的提取方法可以提高黄花菜原料的破损程度,更高效的提取黄花菜提取液中的挥发性物质。

     

    Abstract: The method of headspace solid phase microextraction combined with gas chromatography and mass spectrometry was used to detect the volatile components in the extract of daylily by four different kinds of extraction methods of 60 ℃ water,ultrasonic field,high voltage electrostatic field,and ultrasonic synergistic high voltage electrostatic field,and electron scanning microscopy was used to observe the tissue morphology of daylily residues. It was found that that the extraction effect of daylily at 60 ℃,ultrasonic power 700 W,electric field voltage 14 kV and pulse frequency 1/600 s-1 synergistic for 30 min was the best. The results showed that the ultrasonic combined with high-voltage electrostatic field extraction increased the relative content of alcohols,esters,alkanes and phenols in the extract of daylily,and significantly reduced the relative content of aldehydes and olefins. The synergistic effect improved the efficiency of mass transfer and could promote the dissolution of active ingredients in daylily tissue to a greater extent. Ultrasonic synergistic high-voltage electrostatic field extraction method can improve the damage degree of daylily raw materials,and extract the volatile components in daylily more efficiently.
