Abstract:
The method of headspace solid phase microextraction combined with gas chromatography and mass spectrometry was used to detect the volatile components in the extract of daylily by four different kinds of extraction methods of 60 ℃ water, ultrasonic field, high voltage electrostatic field, and ultrasonic synergistic high voltage electrostatic field, and electron scanning microscopy was used to observe the tissue morphology of daylily residues. It was found that that the extraction effect of daylily at 60 ℃,ultrasonic power 700 W,electric field voltage 14 kV and pulse frequency 1/600 s
-1 synergistic for 30 min was the best. The results showed that the ultrasonic combined with high-voltage electrostatic field extraction increased the relative content of alcohols, esters, alkanes and phenols in the extract of daylily, and significantly reduced the relative content of aldehydes and olefins. The synergistic effect improved the efficiency of mass transfer and could promote the dissolution of active ingredients in daylily tissue to a greater extent. Ultrasonic synergistic high-voltage electrostatic field extraction method can improve the damage degree of daylily raw materials, and extract the volatile components in daylily more efficiently.
