茶多酚的抗癌作用机制及EGCG纳米载体技术研究进展

Research Progress on the Anticancer Mechanism of Tea Polyphenol and EGCG Nanocarrier Technology

  • 摘要: 茶多酚是茶叶中重要的功能成分之一,其中以表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯(EGCG)的活性最高,多项研究表明以EGCG为代表的茶多酚类物质在癌症的预防及治疗过程中起到安全有效的抑制作用。茶多酚在生理pH下稳定性有限,生物利用度低,制约了其在现代治疗中的应用。研究表明纳米载体技术能够大幅提高茶多酚的稳定性和生物利用率,并使其表现出较强的抗癌活性。本文综述了茶多酚中EGCG的抗癌作用机制及EGCG纳米载体技术研究进展,为茶多酚在癌症预防与治疗中的应用提供参考。

     

    Abstract: Tea polyphenol is one of the important functional components in tea. Among them,epigallocatechin gallate(EGCG)has the highest activity. Many studies have shown that tea polyphenol represented by EGCG played a safe and effective inhibitory role in the prevention and treatment of cancer. Due to the limited stability of tea polyphenol at physiological pH and low bioavailability,it restricts its application in modern treatment. Studies have shown that nanocarrier technology can greatly improve the stability and bioavailability of tea polyphenol,and make it show strong anticancer activity. In this paper,the anticancer mechanism of EGCG in tea polyphenol and the research progress of EGCG nanocarrier technology were reviewed,which provided a reference for the application of tea polyphenol in cancer prevention and treatment.
