昆仑雪菊的化学成分与功效研究进展

Research Progress on Chemical Composition and Efficacy of Coreopsis tinctoria

  • 摘要: 昆仑雪菊中含有丰富的天然活性物质,被大众普遍认为是具有降血糖、降血压等功效的传统保健食品。前人已经对昆仑雪菊开展了广泛的研究,本文详细的阐述昆仑雪菊八大类化合物(黄酮类、酚酸、聚炔类、脂肪酸、挥发油、皂苷、多糖、氨基酸)的具体组成成分,归类总结国内外关于昆仑雪菊功效作用的最新研究报道,包括降血糖、降血压、降血脂、抗氧化、抗炎和其他功效等,旨在理清昆仑雪菊的主要功效成分和功能作用,总结当下对于昆仑雪菊研究的不足并提出展望,为进一步开发昆仑雪菊作为天然来源保健食品原料提供基础和方向。

     

    Abstract: Coreopsis tinctoria is rich in natural active substances and is widely recognized as a traditional health food with hypoglycemic and hypotensive effects. Previous studies have been carried out extensive research on Coreopsis tinctorial. This article elaborates on the specific components of the eight major compounds of Coreopsis tinctorial (flavonoids, phenolic acids, polyacetylenes, fatty acids, volatile oils, saponins, polysaccharides and amino acids), and summarizes the latest research reports on the efficacy of Coreopsis tinctorial, including hypoglycemic, hypotensive, hypolipidemic, antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and other effects at home and abroad. The purpose of this study is to clarify the main functional components and functional effects of Coreopsis tinctorial, summarize the shortcomings of Coreopsis tinctorial research and put forward the prospects, and provide the basis and direction for further development of Coreopsis tinctorial as a natural source of health food ingredients.
