食品中致癌性生物毒素检测标准概述

Review of Standard Dectection Methods of Carcinogenic Biotoxins in Foods

  • 摘要: 生物毒素具有较高的生物毒性,摄入受到生物毒素污染的食品,会对大众健康会造成极大危害。由于该类物质的高风险性,许多国际组织或国家制定了诸多有关食品中致癌性生物毒素的法规,对其进行严格控制。本文梳理了主要国际组织和国家关于致癌性生物毒素限量和检测方法,并与我国现行标准进行了比较,对发现的问题提出了一些建议,希望为该领域相关检测机构或企业进行致癌性生物毒素检测时选择方法提供参考。

     

    Abstract: Biotoxins are highly biotoxic. Ingesting foods contaminated with biotoxins can cause great harm to public health. Due to the high risk of such substances, many international organizations or countries have established a number of regulations on carcinogenic biotoxins in foods to strictly control them. This paper collects the standards of major international organizations and countries on carcinogenic biotoxin limits and detection methods, and compares them with the current standards in China. It give some suggestions for the problems found nowadays, hoping to provide some references for related mycotoxins testing institute or enterprises in this field.
