迷迭香中迷迭香酸、鼠尾草酸和熊果酸的联合提取

Extraction Process of Rosmarinic,Carnosic and Ursolic Acids from Rosemary

  • 摘要: 为同时高效提取迷迭香中的3种有效物质:迷迭香酸、鼠尾草酸和熊果酸,本文采用超声波辅助法,以改进的高效液相色谱法检测迷迭香提取液中3种物质的含量,计算其得率,并以总得率为指标,正交试验优化了迷迭香中3种有效物质的提取工艺。结果表明,最佳工艺参数为乙醇体积分数100%、料液比1:20 (g/mL)、超声时间30 min,在该条件下3种物质总得率为6.15%。

     

    Abstract: Ultrasonic-assisted solvent extraction method was used to simultaneously and efficiently extract three active substances,rosmarinic,carnosic and ursolic acids from rosemary,the contents of the three substances in rosemary extract was measured by improved high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)method. By using orthogonal test,the total yield was applied as the observatory indicator to investigate the extraction process. The optimal conditions for extraction were determined as follows:Ethanol concentration of 100%,solid-liquid ratio of 1:20 (g/mL),ultrasonic time of 30 min. Under the conditions above,the total yield of rosmarinic,carnosic and ursolic acids was up to 6.15%.
