Abstract:
Objective:To optimize the preparation process of luteolin solid dispersion using solvent-melting. Method:To prepare luteolin solid dispersion,using PVP K30,polyethylene glycol(PEG 2000,PEG 4000,PEG 6000)as carrier,and using raw materials,raw materials and the proportion of carrier,preparation time,and preparation temperature were the investigation factors. Based on the single factor experiment,the cumulative dissolution was used as the evaluation index. Box-Behnken center combination design and response surface analysis were used to optimize the experiment and verify the experiment. The results showed that PVP K30 was used as the carrier,the raw material was 39.5 mg,the ratio of raw material to carrier was 7:1,the preparation time was 31 min,and the preparation temperature was 80 ℃. The predicted value of cumulative dissolution under this condition was 84.72%. Conclusion:The preparation method was reliable,and would provide experimental basis for the future research on luteolin.
