雅安藏茶的主要活性成分及保健功能研究进展

Research Progress on Main Active Constituents and Healthcare Function of Ya'an Tibetan Tea

  • 摘要: 雅安藏茶是黑茶的一种,属于后发酵茶,是藏族同胞的生活必需品,具有良好的保健功效。雅安藏茶富含茶褐素、茶多糖、有机酸、膳食纤维和粗纤维等特征性活性成分。本文综述了雅安藏茶降脂减肥、抗氧化、助消化和调理肠胃、降血糖、降尿酸、抗辐射、抑菌等保健功能的研究进展,并对其研究的关键问题进行了展望,以期引导和扩大雅安藏茶的消费市场,并为雅安藏茶的进一步研究提供参考。

     

    Abstract: Ya'an Tibetan tea is a kind of dark tea and belongs to post-fermented tea. Ya'an Tibetan tea which had good performance at health care is the daily necessity of the minority living in the Tibet region. Ya'an Tibetan tea is rich in multiple active constituents such as theabrownin, tea polysaccharide, organic acids, dietary fiber and crude fiber. The paper reviewed the research advances in the healthcare functions of Ya'an Tibetan tea, such as anti-hyperlipidemia, anti-obesity, anti-oxidative, help digestion, gastrointestinal conditioning effect, decreasing blood glucose, decreasing uric acid, anti-radiation and anti-bacterial. The key problems of the research of healthcare functions were prospected, so as to guide and expand the market of Ya'an Tibetan tea, and provide reference for further research of Ya'an Tibetan tea.
