Abstract:
By comparing 4 kinds of macroporous adsorption resins D-101, AB-8, X-5 and DA-201, the static adsorption and adsorption properties of total flavonoids from
Sedum aizoon, the most suitable resin and the best static adsorption desorption conditions were selected. The total flavonoids after purification were identified and the antioxidant effects were investigated before and after purification. The results of static adsorption test showed that the adsorption and adsorption of DA-201 macroporous adsorption resin were the best, the optimum static adsorption separation process parameters were as follows:The adsorption time was 1 h, the mass concentration of the sample solution was 0.7 mg/mL, the pH value of the sample solution was 3.0, and the desorption concentration of ethanol was 90%. Under this condition, the static adsorption rate was 81.05% and desorption rate was 86.05%. After purification, the purity of total flavonoids increased from 19.38% to 43.78%. The hydroxyl radical and DPPH free radical clearance rate of IC
50 decreased from 69.47, 44.02 μg/mL to 43.25, 30.16 μg/mL respectively. In addition, it was preliminarily judged that the total flavones of the prepared cabbage might contain silymarin, hypericin, kaempferol and quercetin.
