Abstract:
Efficient extraction of
Tricholoma matsutake polysaccharide was achieved through the principle of magneto-electric induction. In this study,a magneto-induced electric field continuous-flow system based on single-phase transformer was established for treating Matsutake powder suspension under short-circuits. With silicon steel (orientation type 27QG120,thickness 0.35 mm,working frequency 300~700 Hz) as O type magnetic circuit, alternating magnetic field was conducted and thus releasing electric energy into the liquid sample. The effects of excitation voltage,frequency,temperature,solid-liquid ratio and processing time on the yield of
Tricholoma matsutake polysaccharide were investigated. The results showed that the yield of
Tricholoma matsutake polysaccharide was positively correlated with the excitation voltage and the temperature of the process. But the yield was reduced with the increase of voltage frequency. Meanwhile, the optimum extraction ratio of solid-liquid was 1:25 g/mL,the variation trend was negatively correlated with fluid impedance. It was confirmed the optimum process parameters:Excitation voltage of 1000 V,electric field frequency of 500 Hz,temperature of 100℃,ratio of solid-liquid of 1:30 g/mL,duration time of 16 min,the yield of
Tricholoma matsutake polysaccharide was 14.32%,which increased 47.99% compared with the control (0 V). This method provided a technical reference for efficient extraction of high-value compounds in plant material.
