Abstract:
Objective:To prepare solid dispersions of total flavonoids from Lycium barbarum by different carriers and identify their characteristics. Methods:Taking the cumulative percentage of dissolution
in vitro as the index of investigation, taking the type of carrier, the ratio of carrier to raw material and the mixing time as the investigation factors, the process parameters of total flavonoids in Lycium ruthenicum prepared by L
9(3
4)orthogonal design were screened out by scanning Electron microscopy, powder X-ray diffraction(XRD)and thermogravimetric analysis(TGD)techniques were used for morphological characterization. Results:When the carrier was PEG6000,the ratio of raw materials to carriers was 1:3,and the stirring time was 75 min,the cumulative dissolution percentage of the total flavonoid solid dispersion of black wolfberry can reach 90.3%. The results showed that total flavonoids of black fruit lycium barbarum and PVP-K30 formed amorphous solid dispersion with a cumulative release percentage of 89.3% within 30 min. Conclusion:The preparation of total flavonoids into solid dispersants can significantly increase the dissolution of the drug
in vitro, and the process is stable, and can be used for the preparation of total flavonoids in total flavonoids.
