Abstract:
On the basis of single factor experiments, response surface methodology was used to optimize the formulation of chlorophyll protecting agent of
Heracleum moellendorffii Hance. The concentrations of sodium copper chlorophyll, ascorbic acid, tea polyphenols as three main influence factors, and chlorophyll content and peroxidase activity as response value, by using response surface test of Design-Expert software, the influence of three factors and their interactions on the effect of chlorophyll protection of
Heracleum moellendorffii Hance was studied, the chlorophyll protection technology was optimized. The results showed that microwave power of 600 W for 2 min, the best optimization formula was:sodium copper chlorophyll 0.32 g/L, ascorbic acid 0.95 g/L, tea polyphenols 1.68 g/L. Under these conditions, the chlorophyll content of
Heracleum moellendorffii Hance was 16.98 mg/g, and the activity of peroxidase was 453.54 U·g
-1·min
-1.Compared with the CK group, the content of chlorophyll increased by 120% and POD activity decreased by 69%. The optimized formulation of greening agent could effectively improve the chlorophyll content conservation effect of the
Heracleum moellendorffii Hance and provide the basic guarantee for the processing and industrialized production of the
Heracleu mmoellendorffii Hance in the future.
