虾壳基生物吸附剂的制备及对Cr(Ⅵ)吸附热力学研究

Thermodynamics of Cr(Ⅵ)Adsorption in Biological Adsorbent by Calcined Shrimp Shells

  • 摘要: 以废弃虾壳为原料,在N2环境下通过管式炉高温活化制备生物吸附材料,并采用场发射扫描电镜、透射电子显微镜、全自动比表面积及孔径分析仪、X射线单晶衍射仪、红外光谱仪对其进行表征;同时探讨了虾壳基生物吸附剂对水中Cr6+的吸附性能。结果表明,在800℃下制备的虾壳基生物吸附剂经过改性后,主要成分是CaO,比表面积达137.942 m2/g,是活化前的4倍。通过吸附实验发现,虾壳基生物吸附剂的用量和pH对吸附效果的影响较大,且对Cr6+的吸附同时符合Freundlich和Langmuir两种等温吸附模型。由此可知,通过废弃虾壳制备的生物吸附剂,具有良好的吸附性能,可将其制备成一种纯天然的绿色水处理剂。

     

    Abstract: Used raw shrimp shells as raw material were prepared into biomass carbon materials at the N2 environment by tube furnace,which were characterized by field emission scanning electron microscopy(FE-SEM),transmission electron microscope(TEM),automatic surface area and pore size analyzer,X-ray single crystal diffraction(XRD)and infrared spectrometer(IR). Then the adsorption characteristics of shrimp shells biomass carbon for Cr(Ⅵ)was analyzed. The results showed that shrimp shells biomass carbon was activated at the temperature of 800℃,which presented at the high surface area(up to 137.942 m2/g)was 4 times before activation and the main component was CaO. It was also found that biomass carbon dosage and pH had a great effect on the adsorption capacity of Cr6+,and the adsorption of Cr6+ was conformed with Freundlich and Langmuir adsorption isotherm model. Therefore,the shrimp shells biomass had good adsorption properties,which could be made into a natural green water treatment agent.
