黄曲霉毒素B1生物法脱毒机制及产物毒性评价

Progress in biological detoxification of aflatoxin B1 and its degradation metabolites toxicity evaluation

  • 摘要: 黄曲霉毒素是一类主要由黄曲霉、寄生曲霉和特异性曲霉等真菌产生的高毒性的、低分子量的次级代谢产物,具有高致癌性、致畸性和致突变性,引起人和动物的一系列健康问题,是粮食、饲料和牛奶的主要污染物。如何高效无污染地脱除AFB1尤为重要,本文对当前黄曲霉毒素B1的吸附和降解生物脱毒机制、脱毒效果及脱毒产物的结构和毒性评价进行了简要概述,为进一步丰富黄曲霉毒素解毒机理的相关理论及AFB1清除的应用安全性方面提供一定理论依据。

     

    Abstract: Aflatoxin,with low molecular weight,is a group of secondary metabolites produced by the Aspergillusflavus,Aspergillus parasiticus and Aspergillus nomius. It is a highly toxic fungal metabolite having carcinogenic,mutagenic and teratogenic effects on human and animal health.Aflatoxin can contaminate a range of food crops,feeds and milk as a serious of fungal growth.It is particularly important to remove AFB1 efficiently and non-pollution.The review focuses on the detoxification methods including adsorption detoxification and degradation detoxification,mechanism of aflatoxins and the toxic of the degradation products,to enrich the aflatoxin detoxification mechanism and provide a theoretical basis for the secure detoxification.
