Abstract:
Flavones were extracted from pineapple peels by the method of microwave assisted ethanol-dipotassium hydrogen phosphate aqueous two-phase system. The effects of factors such as ethanol concentration, the extraction time, the microwave power, the amount of dipotassium hydrogen phosphate and the ratio of solvent and material on extraction of flavones were investigated and optimized by orthogonal experiment. The results showed that the optimum conditions were as follows:ethanol concentration 60%,the extraction time 45 s,the microwave power 464 W,the ratio of solvent and material 40:1 (mL·g
-1). Under the optimized conditions, the yield of flavones was 5.34%. The research result can provide scientific basis for comprehensive exploitation and utilization of waste resources.
