诺丽果粉增强免疫力功能实验研究

Effect of Morinda citrigolia fruit powder on strengthening immune function in mice

  • 摘要: 通过动物实验研究诺丽果粉的增强免疫力功能。经口给予小鼠0.833、1.667、2.500 g/kg BW三个剂量组的诺丽果粉30 d后,对小鼠体重、脏器/体重比值、淋巴细胞转化能力、血清溶血素、碳廓清、腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞能力和NK细胞活性指标进行测定。结果显示,三个剂量组小鼠的足跖肿胀与阴性对照组相比,中、高剂量组小鼠均显著高于阴性对照组(p<0.05),小鼠细胞免疫功能实验结果阳性;三个剂量组小鼠的溶血空斑数与阴性对照组相比,中、高剂量组小鼠均显著高于阴性对照组(p<0.05),小鼠体液免疫功能实验结果阳性,表明诺丽果粉具有增强免疫力功能作用。 

     

    Abstract: Immune function of Morinda citrigolia fruit powder was evaluated in this study through animal feeding test.The mice were feed with Morinda citrigolia fruit powder with 3 dose groups ( 0.833, 1.667, 2.500 g/kg·BW) for 30 days. And then subjected to body weight, organ/body weight ratio, lymphocyte transformation test, serum hemolysin determination, mice carbon clearance test, mouse peritoneal macrophage phagocytosis test and NK cell activity assay. The results indicated that both the swelling degree of toes of middle dose group and high dose group were significant higher than the blank control group ( p <0.05) , cellular immunity function test result was positive. Both the number of plaque forming cells of middle dose group and high dose group were significantly increased ( p < 0.05) , humoral immunity function test result was positive. The conclusion is that the Morinda citrigolia fruit powder had the function of enhancing immunity.
