不同色谱柱对37种脂肪酸甲酯的分离条件优化及分离效果比对

摘要: 采用强极性色谱柱Wondacap-wax、Rt-2560及中等极性色谱柱Rt-1701对37种脂肪酸甲酯混合标准品进行分离、条件优化、结果比对,得出最优条件并对茶籽油样品进行了检测。结果表明,改变柱温、升温程序以及升温速度等条件,是可以改善混合标准品分离度。强极性色谱柱比中等极性色谱柱更适应用于油脂中脂肪酸分离检测,对于脂肪酸有较好的分离效果。三种色谱柱中Rt -2560色谱柱对37种脂肪酸甲酯混合标准品进行分离效果最好,其次为Wondacap-wax柱,中等极性色谱柱Rt-1701可能更适合分离部分功能性脂肪酸成分,不适合用于脂肪酸37种标准品的分离。Abstract: Used by strong polarity column Wondacap-wax, Rt -2560 and medium polarity column Rt -1701, for 37 fatty acid methyl esters ( FAMEs) was compared by gas chromatography-flame ionization detector ( GC-FID) .A better detection was established and camellia seed oil of laboratory were detected. The results showed that changing the temperature, the heating process and the rate of temperature speed could improve the separation degree of mixed standard. The high polarity chromatographic column was more suitable for the separation and detection of fatty acids in oil and fat than the medium polarity chromatographic column.Rt -2560 column separation effect was slightly better than Wondacap-wax column, the medium polarity part Rt -1701 might be more suitable for some functional fatty acids composition, should not be used for the separation of fatty acid 37 kinds of standard.
