沙棘的综合价值研究进展

Advances on research and applications of Hippophea rhamnoides

  • 摘要: 沙棘属药食同源植物,含有丰富的维生素、多糖、氨基酸、有机酸及人体所需的多种微量元素等营养成分以及黄酮类、三萜烯类、甾体类化合物、5-羟色胺、原花青素等生物活性物质,食用沙棘具有抗肿瘤、抗衰老、改善脑机能、活血散瘀、降血糖、改善脂质代谢等生理作用。因而沙棘具有很高的营养保健和药用价值,如能加以合理开发利用,会带来较大的经济效益和社会效益。本文着重从沙棘果、沙棘叶、沙棘籽等方面综述了沙棘营养保健作用及其利用的研究现状,分析了沙棘产业开发所面临的问题,提出了相应的解决策略,并展望了沙棘研究与利用的前景。 

     

    Abstract: Hippophae rhamnoides is a kind of medicinal and edible plant, rich in vitamins, polysaccharides, amino acids, organic acids and several trace elements human body needs and other nutrients, and contains a large amount of flavonoids, triterpenoid, steroids, 5-serotonin, proanthocyanidins and other biological active substances as well.Research reports conducted all over the world indicated that eating H.rhamnoides exerted effects of anti-tumor, anti-aging, improving brain function, promoting blood circulation, lowering blood glucose, improving lipid metabolism etc. H. rhamnoides had not only possessed high values of nutrition, but also had health-keeping and medicine. This mini-review paper mainly described the research status quo of nutrition and health-keeping function of each part of H. rhamnoides including fruits, leaves, seeds, and their possible applications in the fields of food and medicine, analysized the facing problems related with H.rhamnoides industry and poses the corresponding solutions to deal with them, and envisions the prospective of H.rhamnoides research and its application.
