Abstract:
Taking the wild and Heiqi No.1 Lycium ruthenicum Murr. of Xinjiang Yuli County as test materials, analyzing their total sugar, reducing sugar, fat and protein content and the component of amino acid, in order to explore their nutritional value. The results showed that there was a significant difference between the wild and Heiqi No.1's nutrient content.Comparing with Heiqi No.1, the wild's total sugar and reducing sugar content were higher, the total acid, fat and protein content were lower. The Lycium ruthenicum Murr.contained all kinds of essential amino acids, at least 17 kinds, including 7 essential amino acids, 2 children essential amino acids, 6 sweet amino acids, 7 bitter amino acid, 2 sour taste amino acids, 6 aromatic amino acids, 3 branched chain amino acids and 7 medicinal amino acids. The wild's content of total amino acid and the proportion of children essential amino acids, sour taste amino acids, medicinal amino acids in the total were lower than Heiqi No.1's.But its proportion of essential amino acids, sweet amino acids, bitter amino acids, aromatic amino acids and branched chain amino acids of the total were higher than Heiqi No.1's.Comparing with the FAO/WHO amino acid pattern spectrum, Lycium ruthenicum Murr.'s Met + Cys, Ile, Val and Leu conformed to the requirements, Thr and Phe + Tyr were higher, Lys was lower. The analysis of RC showed that, the wild's protein quality was better than Heiqi No.1's.
