蛹虫草纤溶酶研究进展

Research progress of fibrinolytic enzyme from Cordyceps militaris

  • 摘要: 蛹虫草是我国一种传统的药食两用真菌,其中的纤溶酶是近些年来发现的一种新型的纤维蛋白溶解酶。本文就蛹虫草纤溶酶的产酶条件、分离纯化、酶学性质、生物活性以及在分子生物学等方面的研究进展进行综述,为期为以后的研究提供一定的参考及有益借鉴。 

     

    Abstract: Cordyceps militaris is a kind of traditional medicine and food fungus in our country, the fibrinolytic enzyme were found in recent years as a new kind of fibrinolytic enzyme. In this paper, the production condition, purification, enzyme properties, bioactivity and molecular biology of the fibrinolytic enzyme from Cordyceps militaris were summarized, providing a certain reference basis for future research and the possible research direction.
