Abstract:
The extraction of volatile oil from leaves of Sibiraea angastata was by steam distillation.The components of volatile oil were identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) .The relative content of each component was determined by peak area normalization method.Totally 50 compounds were separated and identified, mostly including: 9, 12-octadecadienoic acid (Z, Z) (12.85%) , 2-pentadecanone, 6, 10, 14-trimethyl (11.4%) , octacosane (10.81%) , n-hexadecanoic acid (9.22%) , tricosane (7.58%) , 5, 9, 13-pentadecatrien-2-one, 6, 10, 14-trimethyl-, (E, E) (5.62%) , 1, 2-benzenedicarboxylic acid, diisooctyl ester (3.29%) , 1, 2-benzenedicarboxylic acid, bis (2-methylpropyl) ester (3.21%) , teradecanoic acid (3.03%) , 1, 6, 10-dodecatrien-3-ol, 3, 7, 11-trimethyl-, (E) (2.14%) , dodecanoicacid (2.11%) , estradiol; estradiol (1.9%) ect.There were many kinds of Sibiraea angustata leaf volatile oil, fatty acids, alkanes and terpenoids were the main ones.
