基于信息技术融合的云服务平台在食品安全领域的应用研究进展

Advances in application of cloud service platform in the field of food security based on information technology fusion

  • 摘要: 云服务平台技术正越来越多地应用在食品安全监管领域。本文首先介绍了云服务平台在食品安全领域实现应用的技术基础,进一步归纳总结该平台近年来在食品生产加工监控、流通监管、追踪溯源和大数据库建设方面的应用研究现状,并分析其存在的不足之处和优化路径。最后对食品安全云服务平台的应用前景进行了展望。 

     

    Abstract: With in-depth development of the technologies of cloud service platform, they have been increasingly applied in the field of food safety regulation. This paper first introduced the technology basis of cloud services platform to implement application in the field of food safety, a more comprehensive summarization and analysis of the application and research status of that platform in food industry during recent years were given, such as monitoring for food production and manufacturing, regulation for circulation, tracking and traceability as well as big database construction, etc.The existing deficiencies and a good route of optimize were also discussed.Furthermore, the application prospects of cloud services platform on food safety were put forward.
