多维液相色谱及其在活性肽分离纯化研究中的应用进展

Recent advances of bioactive peptides separation by multidimensional liquid chromatography for proteome analysis

  • 摘要: 多维液相色谱分离技术以其高峰容量和高通量等优势成为活性肽分离纯化研究的重要技术,本文主要介绍了多维液相色谱分离技术的组合模式及其在混合物活性肽分离纯化中的应用,并对多维液相色谱技术在活性肽中的应用前景进行展望,旨在为从复杂体系中高效分离目标活性肽提供参考。 

     

    Abstract: Multidimensional liquid chromatography plays an important role in bioactive peptides with peak capacity and high flux, becoming one of the most interesting fields of peptides purification.The review mainly focused on the combination model of multidimensional liquid chromatography separation technology and its application in the separation of bioactive peptides, aimed to build the efficient separation methods of bioactive peptides, and prospects for application of multidimensional liquid chromatography in bioactive peptides were addressed, in order to build the efficient separation methods of bioactive peptides.
