不对称PCR技术及其在食源性致病菌检测中应用的研究进展

Asymmetric polymerase chain reaction technology and its application in detection of foodborne pathogens

  • 摘要: 不对称PCR技术是获取单链DNA的一种重要方法。将不对称PCR技术与常用核酸检测方法结合,具有较高的灵敏度和较强的特异性,已被广泛应用食源性致病菌检测中。本文对不对称PCR技术进行简介,综述近年来其在食源性致病菌检测中的应用概况,并对其存在的问题进行了简单阐述。 

     

    Abstract: Asymmetric PCR( a PCR) is an important method to obtain single stranded DNA. This technology combined with commonly nucleic acid detection methods were widely used for the detection of foodborne pathogens due to its high sensitivity and specificity.In this paper,a PCR was introduced,and the application of a PCR in the detection of foodborne pathogens during the past 10 years was reviewed,furthermore,the problems of a PCR were briefly discussed.
