太赫兹光谱技术在食品质量安全检测中的应用研究进展

Research advances in terahertz spectroscopy detection of harmful substances in food

  • 摘要: 人们对食品安全问题表现出极大关注,因此对食品质量安全的快速检测显得尤为重要。太赫兹技术作为一种新兴的检测技术,将其应用到食品领域具有重要意义。本文首先介绍食品质量安全检测的传统方法,分析其优缺点,然后介绍太赫兹光谱技术,分析太赫兹技术独特的优势和存在的不足,着重对太赫兹光谱技术在食品中有害物检测方面的研究现状进行综述,并对太赫兹技术的发展前景进行了展望。 

     

    Abstract: The concern for the safety of the food supply has attracted more and more attention,especially the issues of rapid detection and quality,which is of great significance. Terahertz time- domain spectroscopy( THz- TDS),a newly developed spectroscopic method,is gaining more interest in the food industry.The traditional detection methods on food quality and safety were discussed,their strengths and weaknesses were analyzed in this paper.The important uniqueness and shortcomings of THz,and THz- TDS for the detection of harmful substances in food was also emphasized.Finally,future prospects of THz technology are discussed.
