摘要: 由动物养殖过程中抗生素滥用而引发的食品安全问题已经引起社会各界的广泛关注。当前已有5代近60种头孢菌素类抗生素被应用于人用药和兽药领域,为全面了解动物源性食品中头孢菌素类抗生素残留检测现状,本文总结了动物源性食品中头孢菌素类抗生素残留检测相关技术的应用情况,详细介绍了样品前处理及检测方法研究进展,并对食品中该类抗生素残留检测技术发展前景予以展望。Abstract: Food safety problems caused by the abuse of antibiotics in animal breeding process has caused widespread concern in the community.There are nearly 60 kinds of cephalosporins have been used in clinical and veterinary fields. In order to fully understand the detection technology research status of the cephalosporin antibiotics,this paper summarizes the application of detection technology on cephalosporin antibiotic residues in food,foucusing on the sample preparation and detection methods and discussions of the trends of food cephalosporin antibiotic residues detection technology.
