基于因子分析的食品监管风险评价模型研究

Study on risk assessment model of food regulation based on factor analysis

  • 摘要: 为了探求影响食品监管风险的主要影响因素,建立一套适合我国食品监管现状的风险评价模型,本文基于可获得的政府食品安全的监管、统计年鉴、百度指数等相关数据,建立以食品品类为研究对象的食品监管风险评价指标体系。收集了2014年消费者关注的十大类食品的相关数据,采用SPSS软件进行因子分析,找到公因子,以因子得分作为食品品类风险项目的综合评价值并对其风险进行排序,划分风险等级。通过该模型的应用可实现对食品品类的预警功能,并溯源风险产生的因素,为政府基于风险在有限的监管资源下制定有效的食品安全监管计划及控制措施提供科学方法。 

     

    Abstract: In order to explore the main food safety risk factors and establish a set of food safety risk assessment model which is suitable for Chinese food supervision.In this paper,data was based on the government supervision on food safety,statistical yearbook,Baidu index and other data. A food safety risk assessment index system was established to study food category,and the relevant data of ten kinds of food that consumers pay close attention in2014 was collected.SPSS was used for factor analysis,common factors were found,then factor score was served as a food category risk project's comprehensive evaluation value and the risk was sorted.Through the application of the model,the early warning function of food category was realized and the source of risk factors were traced,so as to develop targeted monitoring measures for government.
