GABA茶的生理功能及富集技术研究进展

Research progress on the physiological functions and enrichment technique of GABA tea

  • 摘要: γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)的众多生理功能已被广泛应用到各个领域中,茶叶中GABA的功能研究也日益受到茶业界的关注。文章综述了GABA茶的生理功能(如降低血压、抗糖尿病、抗癌、抗疲劳等)以及鲜叶中GABA富集技术的研究现状,以期为未来GABA茶的研究提供参考,并提出在GABA茶开发中所面临的问题,并对其研究前景进行了展望。 

     

    Abstract: With numerous physiological functions,γ- aminobutyric acid( GABA) has been widely used in various fields.Studies on its functions in tea have increasingly attracted the attention of tea reasearchers.This paper mainly illustrates the physiological functions of GABA tea( such as lowering blood pressure,anti- diabetes,anti- cancer,anti- fatigue and so on) and the present researches of enrichment technique in fresh leaves so as to provide a reference for the further study of GABA tea in the future.Finally,problems faced with in GABA tea development and prospective research in this field was discussed in this paper.
