月桂叶黄酮的微波提取及抗氧化性能的细胞模型法评价

Microwave-assisted extraction and antioxidant activities of flavonoids from leaves of Laurus nobilis by cell model

  • 摘要: 月桂叶中含有丰富的黄酮成分。本实验通过单因素实验和正交实验确定了微波辅助提取天然调味香料月桂叶中黄酮的最佳条件:提取温度80℃、液料比40∶1(m L∶g)、乙醇体积分数50%和提取时间10 min。在此条件下,黄酮的得率为7.64%。测定了月桂叶黄酮提取物清除DPPH自由基的能力,并采用细胞模型法评价了其对人类结肠癌细胞(HT29)的抗氧化性能。结果证明,月桂叶黄酮在400μg/m L时,细胞内抗氧化活性值为77.86,具有良好的抗氧化能力。 

     

    Abstract: Plenty of flavonoid components existed in the leaves of Laurus nobilis L. This study determined the optimized conditions of microwave-assisted extraction of flavonoids from the leaves of L. nobilis,a natural spice,through single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment as follows:microwave extraction temperature was 80 ℃, the ratio of solvent to material was 40 ∶ 1( m L ∶ g), the ethanol concentration was 50 %, and the microwave extraction time was 10 min. Under the proposed conditions,the final yield of flavonoids was 7.64%.The DPPH radical scavenging activities of the extract were determined and the antioxidant activities to human colon cancer cells(HT29) of flavonoids from the leaves of L. nobilis were evaluated by cell model. The results clearly demonstrated that the flavonoids from L. nobilis got a CAA unit of 77.86,and possessed significant antioxidant activities.
