淫羊藿补骨脂复合胶囊毒理学研究

Toxicological study on compound capsule of epimedium and psoraleae

  • 摘要: 采用小鼠经口急性毒性实验、遗传毒性实验(Ames实验、小鼠骨髓微核实验、精子畸形实验)和大鼠30 d喂养实验,对淫羊藿补骨脂复合胶囊进行毒理学研究。结果表明,受试样品对雌、雄小鼠的最大耐受量(MTD)均大于20.0 g/kg·bw,属无毒级。Ames实验、小鼠骨髓微核实验和精子畸形实验结果均呈阴性。30 d喂养实验中,各组大鼠生长发育良好,血液学指标、生化指标、主要脏器系数、组织病理学检查均未出现异常。在实验剂量下,淫羊藿补骨脂复合胶囊是安全的。 

     

    Abstract: Acute toxicity test in mice,genetic toxicity tests( Ames test,micronucleus test of bone marrow and sperm abnormality in mice),and 30- days feeding test in rats were conducted to study toxicity of compound capsule of epimedium and psoraleae.The results showed that the MTD of the tested sample to the female and male mice were more than 20.0 g / kg·bw,so compound capsule of epimedium and psoraleae was no toxicity. Ames test,bone marrow micronucleus test and sperm abnormality test in mice were all negative.In 30- day feeding test,all groups of rats of different doses grew well,hematology indexes,blood biochemistry indexes,main organ coefficient and histopathological examination were all normal. It was concluded that compound capsule of epimedium and psoraleae was safe under the test dose.
