Abstract:
A polysaccharide W-CBP80 Ⅰ was isolated from the fruiting bodies of cultured Cordyceps militaris and characterized using GPC,GC-MS,IR,~1H NMR and
13C NMR. The results indicated that it contained α-type glycosidic linkages and was mainly composed of α-mannose,α-galactose and α-glucose. Its main component was low molecular weight polysaccharide with Mwof 8.93×10~3. In addition,W-CBP80Ⅰ exhibited scavenging capacities against DPPH,hydroxyl and superoxide radicals in the antioxidant assay in vitro.
