苦菜不同部位营养成分及其生理活性测定

Determination of nutritious components and physiological activities of different parts of Ixeris Chinensis( Thunb.) Nakai

  • 摘要: 苦菜不同部位(根、花、茎、叶)及苦菜全草用70%的乙醇溶剂超声辅助提取30 min,测定苦菜不同部位酚酸、黄酮、多糖和皂苷等营养成分含量,并用自由基清除法检测各提取物的抗氧化能力及考察提取物对尼古丁急性中毒小鼠血清乙酰胆碱含量的影响。结果表明:苦菜不同部位有效成分含量差别明显,多糖、皂苷含量为根>叶>花>茎;黄酮、酚酸含量为叶>花>茎>根;苦菜各部位提取液抗氧化性强弱顺序为叶>花>茎>根,可以推断苦菜抗氧化性与黄酮、酚酸含量有关;而对尼古丁急性中毒小鼠血清乙酰胆碱均有一定抑制作用。 

     

    Abstract: Different parts of Ixeris Chinensis( Thunb.) Nakai( root,stem,leaf and flower) were extracted with 70%ethanol using ultrasonic extraction for 30 min. The contents of polysaccharide,flavonoids,phenolic acid and saponins extracted from four different parts were determined respectively. The antioxidant activity of extracts and the effect of acetylcholine content on nicotine acute poisoning in mice were investigated. The results showed that the difference was obvious among the nutritious components of different parts of Ixeris Chinensis. The order of content of polysaccharide and flavonoids: root > leaf > flower > stem; the order of content of saponins and phenolic acid: leaf > flower > stem > root. The order of the antioxidant activity of the extracts: leaf > flower > stem > root. It sugessted that the antioxidant activity was mainly associated with flavonoid,phenolic acids,and the extracts had both certain inhibition to the acetylcholine on nicotine acute poisoning in mice.The results provided the theoretical base for the development of Ixeris Chinensis.
